雖然輝旺湯底的醇厚度沒六千來的強,但我自己覺得這對我來說剛剛好,

剛上桌的牛肉還是半熟狀態,喜歡這種熟度的記得先把肉撈起來,不然持續被湯的餘溫加熱會變幾乎全熟,
